Extension, Catthorpe

This 6 month project comprised of a double storey extension and extensive renovation work, to provide additional living space and a modern contemporary home whilst keeping the character and charm of the existing building.

The double storey extension provided two additional double bedrooms (both with ensuite bathrooms), two Dormer windows, a 1st floor balcony and seating area to the master bedroom, a large kitchen diner, family bathroom and large entrance hallway. Reclaimed materials were used to match the existing period property. A bespoke oak staircase and hand made floor to ceiling wardrobes were also added.
